• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new fixtures.
• Handle minor electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.

• Proven experience as a handyman, with a strong background in plumbing and HVAC.
• Ability to perform basic electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
