Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for refinishing by sanding, masking, and cleaning as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate color matching
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Refinish Technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive refinishing techniques and materials
- Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment
- Excellent color matching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in automotive refinishing or related field
- Experience working with waterborne paint systems
- Familiarity with computerized paint mixing systems
- I-CAR certifications, ASE certifications
