Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractor services from the start of construction to handover to the end customer
  • Analytical and resultsoriented approach to work
  • Enjoy working independently in interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, standards, and guidelines
  • Cost control
  • Invoice verification
  • Continuous process optimization

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed technical studies in civil engineering or a comparable constructionrelated education (technician, master craftsman, architect)
  • Professional experience as a construction manager or in a relevant field
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Good technical and construction management knowledge
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Openness and enjoyment of working with people
