Responsibilities include closely collaborating with clients to provide expert guidance and comprehensive financial planning to help them achieve their financial goals.

Our primary focus is on engaging and retaining clients, assisting them in structuring and strategizing their financial objectives.

  • Receive continuous support and guidance from our team in a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ideal for individuals looking to gain indepth knowledge of the dynamic fields of Investment and Financial Planning.
  • Fulltime position with exceptional training offered, regardless of prior experience level.

Compensation:
$116,000 yearly + Full Benefits

Responsibilities:


  • Provide clients with financial guidance and education to create custom retirement plans and investment strategies
  • Analyze clients' financial situations and provide advice on risk management strategies
  • Keep up to date with relevant financial regulations and news, and communicate changes to clients
  • Identify opportunities to increase clients' financial performance and profitability
  • Find and obtain clients to build a financial services practice
  • We work with business owners, individuals, and families

Qualifications:


  • US Work Authorization
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills
  • Some experience in a sales or financial servicesrelated position preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other financial systems
  • Competitive
  • College Degree
  • Life and health, SIE, Series 6 or 7 preferred but not required
  • Coachable
  • Previous Management skills are a plus
  • Sales skills are a plus
