• Lead and supervise a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance at all locations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

• Efficiently allocate vehicles, equipment, and personnel to meet daily operational demands.
• Monitor and adjust dispatch schedules based on changing priorities and emergencies.

• Ensure the regular updating and maintenance of the trucking calendar on Outlook, encompassing both commercial and company trucks.
• Maintain a daily run sheet for all sales and rental materials transported.

• Maintain clear and open communication channels with drivers, field personnel, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding service delivery and address any concerns or issues promptly.

• Facilitate negotiations for truck leasing agreements.
• Diligently maintain all pertinent trucking documents.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reducing travel time and improving fuel efficiency.
• Utilize technology and route planning tools to enhance dispatch operations.

• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of dispatch operations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly trucking reports to the management team.

• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and recommend adjustments to policies as needed.

• Proven experience in dispatch management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Indepth knowledge of transportation logistics and route optimization.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and tracking systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
