Position: Head of Battery Testing Laboratory

As the Head of our Battery Testing facility, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of automotive technology. With a dedicated team and a commitment to excellence, we are focused on ensuring the safety and sustainability of vehicles for years to come.

What to Expect:

Lead a team of 40 engineers, driving technical excellence and fostering teamwork within the battery laboratory department.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure long-term success.
Establish specialized areas within the laboratory, including endurance testing, environmental simulation, and pressure testing.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety protocols and employee training to meet regulatory standards and obtain approval from authorities.

Qualifications:

Technical degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or mechatronics, coupled with strong business acumen.
Support sales efforts and contribute to the successful launch and expansion of battery laboratory operations.
Prior experience in leading large teams and relevant technical fields is advantageous.
