Employee Sales Support (m/f/d) (No for our client, an internationally leading company in mechanical engineering, with location in Krefeld, we are looking for a permanent position as soon as possible.


Your tasks:


  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Preparation of offers and complete order processing
  • Communication and correspondence with customers, sales partners and suppliers
  • Creation of export documents
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Processing of backlogs and complaints
  • Close internal cooperation and interface to all sales and billing relevant departments, logistics and other internal departments
  • Assumption of general administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing, ideally with export knowledge
  • Negotiation skills in German and good English skills in spoken and written
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office package, especially Word and Excel, as well as experience with an ERP system
  • High service orientation, independent, structured and accurate way of working
  • Strong team and communication skills as well as a handson mentality
