They are used in various industries, including the steel industry, foundries, glass, cement, ceramics, and chemical industries.

To support our team, we are looking for:

Order Management Employee (m/f/d)

(Full-time or part-time, minimum 30 hours/week, 5 days)

Your tasks

  • Support of national and international business partners and existing customers
  • Complete shipping processing of export shipments, including creating shipping documents and customs documents
  • Order and deadline coordination with internal (especially project management) and external sales partners, as well as in coordination with customers
  • Monitoring of order status, including timely commissioning, delivery note, and invoice creation
