Compensation:

$54,000 - $120,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Ensure the Customer Service Index (CSI) rating aligns with dealership service manager expectations
Guide customers through the entire service experience, from the service drive until vehicle handover
Manage appointment scheduling and provide accurate estimates
Educate customers on vehicle care and maintenance importance based on manufacturer guidelines
Clearly communicate repair and maintenance timelines to customers
Accurately document repair and maintenance updates on approved repair orders
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively
Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers to foster repeat and referral business
Collaborate with managers to meet daily performance metrics
Achieve consistent penetration levels for both Customer Pay (CP) and Warranty services

Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
At least six months of work/training experience in the automotive industry or closely related field
Knowledgeable about newer vehicle technologies
Outstanding customer service abilities
Analytical and adept at multitasking
Work independently and with mínimal supervision
Positive attitude and teamoriented
Remarkable written and verbal communication skills
Substantial and consistent work record
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Professional attitude and behavior
