We are a family-owned, medium-sized, modern machine and tool manufacturing company located in Herford. With our team of 50 employees, we develop machines and tools for window and facade construction.
We are currently looking for dedicated young professionals in the industrial sector.
Apprentices for Machining Technician (m/f/d)
As a machining technician, you will operate our machines like a pro. You will learn how to set up grinding, turning, and milling machines and produce perfect workpieces.

This includes creating work and tool plans based on drawings, programming CNC controls, manufacturing complex workpieces, and inspecting their quality.

The programming process requires patience and forward-thinking. The manufacturing process is constantly evolving as tools become more efficient.
Your profile
Qualified secondary school or high school diploma
Good knowledge of mathematics and physics
Strong interest in mechanical processes
Passion for technology and precision
Manual dexterity and spatial imagination
Highest level of care and accuracy
Teamwork and reliability
