Your tasks

  • Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative market research (customer insights) on a national and international level (Kaufland national companies)
  • Advise internal clients across all departments/divisions of Kaufland, from briefing to reporting
  • Develop strong customer insights by integrating internal and external data
  • Drive the further development of internal system solutions and the method toolbox in the field of customer insights
  • Manage agency partners and further develop our agency portfolio

Your profile

  • Completed degree in market research, marketing, business administration or a similar field required
  • Several years of professional experience in market research agencies or in corporate market research necessary
  • Sound knowledge of quantitative (e.g. panel) and qualitative market research
