    Description

    We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team-oriented are a must. We are a premier fondue restaurant located in downtown Boise. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. We offer a warm, friendly, and positive environment that promotes teamwork. We offer highly competitive hourly pay, meal benefits, and the opportunity to grow. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 9 pm every day except Friday and Saturday, which is 10 pm. We are looking for both full and part-time. The Melting Pot in Boise is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or school.

    Server - learn a new set of skills as a professional server. Our PPA is over $65, which means strong earning potential We specialize in celebrations, date night, anniversaries, promotions, birthdays, special events, etc. Dining at the Melting Pot is a celebration Be ready to deliver service that is genuinely part of a special occasion.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Promote and maintain positive guest relations.
    • Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards.
    • Suggestively sell wine and food products.
    • Follow all service sequences. Serve products according to standards and procedures.
    • Establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve.
    • Comply with local alcoholic beverage laws.
    • Comply with appearance and grooming standards.
    • Account for every product served.
    • Be aware of the cost of supplies and proper handling procedures.
    • Always exceed guests expectations, making their evening extra special.
    • Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
    • Always perform as a team member. Abide by "the entire floor is your station" rule.
    • Attend and participate in on-going training sessions. Read shift notes and attend shift meetings.
    The Melting Pot of Boise, ID & Spokane, WA are locally owned by Hollis and Kim Silva. The Melting Pot is the original fondue restaurant where guests can enjoy several fondue cooking styles and a variety of unique entrees, salads, and unforgettable desserts. Customize your menu however you like, with up to four delightful courses. Pair artisan cheeses and breads with the perfect glass of wine. Indulge in the 4-Course Experience by selecting your favorite cheese fondue, salad, entre, and chocolate and then choose one of our tempting cooking styles and sauces to enhance the flavor in every bite. Or just stop by to satisfy your chocolate cravings after an evening movie. Of course, we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions, with gluten-free options available at every restaurant.
