A leading company in the metal additive manufacturing and remanufacturing industry is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team in Jensen Beach. This role will involve providing technical support to customers worldwide and contributing to the company's commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up machines at new customer sites, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Provide on-site technical assistance for troubleshooting and equipment repair.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers' technical issues.
Conduct remote and phone troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
Assist with technical support at 3D Printing Industry exhibitions.
Travel extensively, with over 50% of time spent on the road.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation Technology, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, specifically with Metal 3D Printing machines.
Proficiency in computer hardware and software setup.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally within Europe.
