    Construction Project Manager - Ocala, FL

    Construction Project Manager required in Ocala, FL, working for a business that specialize in the design/build of manufactured home communities. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the Manufactured Home projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    As a Construction Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing solutions as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on manufactured home projects.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
