:Customer Service & Inbound Call-Center Experience Required.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers long-term employment opportunities for individuals committed to excellence and growth.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls in a call center environment from customers and provide assistance.
- Maintain proper documentation to record customer service activity.
- Provide regular updates to customers, which may include providing difficult information to customers with confidence and deescalate situations while on the phone.
- Record returns, process replacement orders and file shipping claims as needed.
- Contact customers regarding return issues, payment of open invoices or collections issues.
- Complete additional documentation and specialty project as directed by supervisor.
- Assist other team members as needed or when directed by supervisor.
- Work in harmony with all other team members and departments on a regular basis.
- Other duties and project, as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree in communications or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years' experience in customer service is required:

At least 2 years' experience in an inbound call-center environment, required:
- Must be able to work 45 hours per week between the hours of 9am and 6
30pm.
- Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent followup communication with customers and/or vendors.
- Must have problem solving & critical thinking skills.
- Be able to stay organized while handling multiple customer service issues.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to concentrate and satisfactorily communicate in a call center environment with more than 15-20 other team members:
- Must be able to work independently and make decisions.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary seated position for extended periods of time, spend regular hours in front of a computer screen and use a headset while on calls.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test and background check.
