What to expect

As a payroll accountant at K+S Aktiengesellschaft in the Unterbreizbach location, you will take on the following tasks as a parental leave replacement starting from the earliest possible date. The position can be performed in a combination of home office and office in Unterbreizbach, depending on agreement.

  • Processing of payroll using SAP
  • Recording, maintenance, and verification of employee master data and variable salary components
  • Conducting reporting and certification procedures
  • Implementation of changes in social security and income tax laws
  • Point of contact for employees and managers for all payroll-related inquiries
What you bring
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship; additional qualification in the field of human resources (personnel clerk or similar) is desirable
  • Relevant experience in human resources - preferably in the field of payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of social security and tax laws
  • Thorough and reliable work ethic, coupled with a high level of customer service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) / ideally familiar with SAP (HCM module)
  • Teamwork, independence and accountability, commitment, resilience, flexibility

This position is planned as full-time, but can also be filled by complementary part-time employees
