- Provides staffing and payroll reports to Unit Managers, Administrative Directors and Chief Nurse Executive
- Oversees Payroll and payroll function and coordinates support for the evening and night administration
- Interacts with all level of staff, supervision and management
- Collaborates with the Administrative Director of Patient Care of Finance and Unit Managers on staffing issues
- Calling and assuring staff replacements
- Maintains daily records of census, activity, acuity and staffing needs
- Maintains daily records of patients / nurses ratio and submit monthly electronically to DOH
- Maintains expiration log as per policy guidelines, communicating with units and Medical Examiners office
