Job Description:


  • As a specialist in your field, you will be responsible for customer service and risk assessment in the area of bankowned insurance, with a focus on bank safe deposit box insurance. This includes communication with customers, sales partners, and other internal and external interfaces (e.g. service providers, collection agencies, claims).
  • The processing is carried out according to established rates and conditions, in defined standard processes and with special consideration of the business policy characteristics of the target group of Volks and Raiffeisen banks.
  • You will support with all questions related to bank safe deposit box insurance and bankowned insurance.
  • You will also contribute your expertise to the conceptual development of products.

Profile / Requirements:


  • An apprenticeship as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your skills, additional specialized training is a plus.
  • First experience in customer service and knowledge of property insurance are advantageous and welcome, but not a requirement.
  • You are proficient in using current IT applications.
  • Lastly, you convince with a high level of independent and structured work, customer and salesoriented thinking, as well as enjoyment of internal and external communication.
