Description

• Ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and property by monitoring and controlling access to the establishment.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse entry to individuals who do not meet the requirements.
• Handle conflicts and disturbances in a calm and assertive manner, maintaining a positive and controlled atmosphere.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
• Collaborate with bar and floor staff to enforce house rules and policies.
• Assist in the removal of unruly or intoxicated patrons in a respectful manner.
• Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and metal detectors, if applicable.
• Communicate effectively with local law enforcement if assistance is required.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and concerns.
• Stay informed about current laws and regulations related to alcohol service and security protocols.

• Valid D-License preferred
• Proven experience in a security or bouncer role, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting.
• Strong physical presence and ability to handle confrontational situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and security.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
