The St. Joseph's Home is a facility for children, youth, and elderly care inMunich-Haidhausen. Our special feature is the care of children, youth, and seniors under one roof. Currently, we employ approximately 180 staff in various areas of the facility. In addition, we are supported by about 50 volunteers in our important work.
We are currently seeking a part-time hours per week) Personnel Clerk to support our Personnel Office in Ives Estates, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Coresponsible for the timely execution of monthly payroll according to the employment contract guidelines of the German Caritas Association (AVR)
- Contact person for health insurance companies and authorities
- Preparation of employment contracts including pension and health insurance
- Careful management of personnel files
- Contact person for our employees in personnel matters
- Close cooperation with other administrative departments in our facility
- Trustworthy collaboration with management
Qualifications:
- Commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in payroll accounting
- Qualified computer skills in MS Office
- Knowledge of AVR guidelines, responsible, independent, structured, and reliable
- Willingness to perform, flexibility, and enjoyment of working with different areas of the overall facility
