By implementing evidence-based ABA interventions, the RBT will contribute to fostering positive behavioral changes, promoting skill development, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.

    Bright Future ABA Solutions has immediate openings for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Fort Pierce.

    Full-Time/ Part-Time

    We are looking for an energetic RBT to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with clients who have been diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities as an RBT. You will assist in the implementation of treatment plans that are intended to enhance the behavior, communication, social skills, and overall quality of life of those clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
    • Provide direct intervention
    • Collect data on client progress
    • Assist with the generalization of skills to the natural environment
    • Participate in team meetings

    Essential Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of 40-hour RBT training
    • Current RBT certification
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to pass a background check
