Position Overview:


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Spring Health ABA Center.

As an integral member of our clinical team, the RBT will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing personalized behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals with ASD and related disorders.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide oneonone ABA therapy sessions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in the development of skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the supervising BCBA, other team members, and families to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to promoting the wellbeing and success of clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
