Description
We are a continuously growing medium-sized family business located in Bavaria, with two separately controlled wheat milling systems.

We are one of the most modern milling companies in Germany, with a milling capacity of 330 tons per 24 hours.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a QUALITY AND HYGIENE MANAGEMENT MANAGER (M/F/D) with an ocean view.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating all measures for process optimization of the QM system, as well as monitoring their effectiveness
  • Managing the existing quality management system IFS Food 8 according to the current version 8 and the existing energy management system
  • Conducting internal process audits and monitoring of testing equipment
  • Handling complaints and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Conducting quality inspections for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Communicating with authorities and external agencies
  • Providing support to the team.
