Large rental building in Noth Bergen NJ.

  • BOILERS.

REAC / NSPIRE experience needed.

  • Duties include Operate, maintain and repair apartment complex buildings, grounds and facilities.
  • Must be "Hands on" capable of construction activities including mechanical.
  • Must have experience in management operations, technical knowledge of multifamily buildings.
  • Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential systems.
  • Handle turnovers when tenants leave supervise repaint and any appliance Maintenace.

2-bedroom apartment included

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
