• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to develop sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Zoho, to track sales activities and customer interactions

• Proven experience in account management and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Three years of experience in the Equipment Rental Industry is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

• Must have 3
  + years of outside sales experience in the equipment industry with a focus on visiting job sites to establish and maintain customer relationships.

• Must be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this position.

• Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Motivated by sales targets and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from four rental locations.

The Outside Equipment Salesperson will be responsible for increasing rental sales to existing and new clients throughout the Hudson Valley of New York.
