- Manage insurance defense matters, specializing in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings.
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients throughout legal proceedings.
- Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to each case.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California and in good standing with the State of California Bar.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
