M3 Development LLC is looking for a Construction Assistant to join our team in Salem, WI.


The Construction Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Project Coordinators with various tasks related to construction projects.

This position will also be responsible for assisting in the scheduling of subcontractors, managing project files, and managing construction projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist Project Manager and Project Coordinators with various tasks related to construction projects.
  • Work with subcontractors to schedule jobs, review bids, and collect payments.
  • Manage project files and manage files for each project.
  • Maintain project files in an organized fashion.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure that all projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Assist in the scheduling of subcontractors, review contracts, and submit bid packages for review by the Project Manager and Coordinators.
  • Communicate with vendors, submittals, clients, etc., to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Coordinators.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Administrative: 2 years (required)
