The field of educational psychology deals with the design and optimization of teaching and learning processes. These are empirically examined from the perspective of teachers (e.g. assessment processes, inclusion), the perspective of learners (e.g. self-regulation, acquisition of competencies), and the perspective of school development.


YOUR TASKS

  • 16 hours per week of university teaching in the field of educational science
  • Coordination and further development of psychological teaching in the field of educational science and educational psychology
  • Participation in examinations
  • Supervision of final theses in the areas of psychology, educational science, and educational studies
  • Participation in the conception and creation of teaching and examination materials
  • Further development of the psychological foundations of educational science

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree in psychology, doctorate
  • Certified qualification in university teaching
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of psychological foundations of educational science/assessment processes
  • Ideally, research experience in another area of (educational) psychology
  • Independent and responsible work
  • Reliability, teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
