Position Summary:

Cultivation Technician - Sanitation are responsible for the sanitation of Revolutionary Clinics grow operations. Cultivation technicians will be responsible for grow room sanitation & sterilization. Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for sanitizing and sterilizing all grow equipment. Cultivation Technician - Sanitation are critical in maintaining and eliminating possible cross-contamination between harvests.

As a Cultivation Technician - Sanitation you will also maintain the cleanliness of the cultivation hallways and non-cultivation operational areas.

Cultivation Technicians - Sanitation will assist with other operational needs that arise in the Cultivation Department and at Revolutionary Clinics as needed.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with the prepping and cleaning of all bins, tools, and other materials for Harvest, Post-Harvest, and all other Cultivation processes.
Cleaning all Grow rooms including but not limited to sweeping, moping, scrubbing, sanitizing, and sterilizing all surfaces and equipment.
Utilizing all assigned sanitation equipment
Cleaning all drip irrigation equipment between harvests
Ensure that all areas of production comply with CCC and Revolutionary Clinics standards and regulations
Maintain and clean Cultivation hallways and cultivation specific operational areas
Partner crossfunctionally to assist with Cultivation task and duties upon completion of all sanitation tasks as assigned
Complete any other necessary tasks for continued and efficient Cultivation operations as deemed by Leads & Managers.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
Team orientated
Prior experience with sanitation equipment encouraged
Prior experience with cleaning chemicals encouraged
Ability to work with and around company approved cleaning chemicals, water and damp conditions strongly encouraged

Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years or age or older.
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs unassisted.
Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Revolutionary Clinics set regulations.

Environmental Factors:

Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day. Employees may also be exposed to company approved chemicals for sanitation and production purposes. Employees in this role will be exposed to water, moisture, and or damp working conditions regularly or for prolonged periods of time. Team members will also be exposed to cannabis and cannabis products while onsite.
