Your responsibilities

The Hegau-Bodensee Clinic in Singen is a central care facility and academic teaching hospital of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg. The Department of Trauma and Hand Surgery (headed by PD Dr. med. Axel Probst) is approved for the injury type procedure of the professional associations. The full training authorization for specialized trauma surgery and 48 months of training time for the specialist in orthopedics/trauma surgery (WBO 2020) are available. There is also the opportunity to acquire training time for the specialist in neurosurgery and for the additional qualification in hand surgery. The department oversees 44 beds in surgery, the pediatric clinic, and the intensive care unit at the Singen location.
