    Department Summary

    The Business Information Technology team collaborates with administrative stakeholders to design, develop, configure, and maintain products and platforms supporting UCLA's business functions such as Budget & Financial Management, Student Information, Faculty Information, among others.
    The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Products team is responsible for the configuration, monitoring, testing, and optimization of CRM products, mobile and web applications, and other services. Their aim is to enhance user experience and uphold quality standards for UCLA's administrative applications and technologies.

    Position Summary
    The Application Administrator, Salesforce plays a key role in designing configurable Salesforce solutions, overseeing day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of Salesforce products, and assisting in operational support issues. They contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of UCLA's technology landscape. This position impacts UCLA's operations by enabling stakeholders to leverage data effectively, aligning with the university's academic goals.

    This role embodies UCLA's values and culture while executing the university's vision.

    Qualifications
    - Three years working in application administration, database administration, or related fields (Required)
    - Five or more years in application or database administration (Preferred)
    - Three or more years as a Salesforce Admin (Required)
    - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Preferred)
    - Skilled in building Salesforce solutions using configuration (Required)
    - Experience in change management, governance, testing, and common programming tools (Required)
    - Knowledgeable in higher education environments (Preferred)
    - Ability to communicate technical information effectively (Required)
    - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, project management abilities (Required)
    - Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive environments (Required)
    - Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative ideas (Required)

    Education, Licenses & Certifications
    - Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or business administration (Required)
    - Salesforce Certified Administrator (Preferred)
    - Marketing Cloud Administrator (Preferred)

    Special Conditions for Employment
    This role allows a hybrid work arrangement with periodic visits to campus. The salary range for this position is $122,310-$135,900 annually, depending on experience. A RESUME and COVER LETTER are mandatory for application submission.

    Schedule
    8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PT, Monday through Friday.

    Background Check
    Continued employment is subject to a satisfactory background investigation.
