Job Description:
Assist the department director in ensuring a home away from home experience for hotel guests.
Maintain Omni standards to ensure a positive first and last impression of hotel guest rooms, public areas and Associate areas.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams on an assigned shift.
Assist Director in administrative tasks to include Payroll, scheduling, inventory and purchasing for the department.
Interview, mentor and train Housekeeping Associates
Room inspections
Lost and found recording & processes.
Assist in projexts and tasks as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Related degree with 2 year Housekeeping leader experience in a full service luxury hotel.
Graduated Omni LID / SDDP would be considered in lieu of experience.
Experienced in managing in a labor environment.
Working knowlege of a laundry department.
Able to work a flexible schedule to include AM, PM, weekends and holidays.
