As a company of the Bavarian Economy Education Association, a reputable employer with over four decades of experience in the education and service sector, we are currently seeking a Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d) in direct placement for our renowned client DMG MORI Pfronten GmbH in Springfield, IL.

Responsibilities:


  • Preparation and execution of payroll accounting in compliance with collective agreements, company agreements, and individual contractual regulations
  • Maintenance of personnel master data
  • Recording and management of all timerelated data
  • Preparation of certificates, exit papers, references, evaluations, and statistics
  • Processing of travel expense reports and applications for company pension schemes
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Point of contact for employees, health insurance companies, tax authorities, and other relevant institutions

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training as a personnel accounting specialist (IHK) or similar qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting and administration
  • Solid knowledge of social security and tax law
  • Excellent accounting skills, preferably with experience in PAISY or similar systems
  • Good MS Office and database skills
