Key Responsibilities:


Mortgage Loan Processing:

Application Review and Verification:


  • Verify borrower information and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Documentation Management:


  • Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary loan documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission and completeness of all required documents.

Coordination and Communication:


  • Act as a liaison between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty services such as appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure loan files meet all federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.

Process and Timeline Management:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate loan processing status in the system.

Customer Service:

Client Engagement:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process.
  • Provide timely updates and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Issue Resolution:


  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to loan processing.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or management as needed.

Feedback and Improvement:


  • Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing and/or customer service roles.

Skills:


  • Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, processing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

On the road
