- Analyze data to optimize the performance and efficiency of equipment.
- Coordinate technical changes and perform mold maintenance to ensure continuous production.
- Develop programs for effective problem resolution and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Drive projects aimed at cost reduction, waste elimination, and product quality enhancement.
- Maintain process standards and conduct regular quality audits to uphold our quality commitments.
- Associate or technical degree in a relevant engineering field required.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support specifically for Injection Molding.
- Proficiency in PLC, automation, pneumatics, mechanics, and statistical process control.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Just-InTime (JIT) and Total Quality Management (TQM) theories is advantageous.

Job Summary:
As a Sr. Process Technician, you will support our production processes by optimizing equipment efficiency and coordinating technical adjustments. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency across our operations.
Shift3rd shift: 10:30pm- 7:00amNote: Shift will initially train on 12-hour schedule until July, after which it will transition to 8- hour shift
