    We have partnered with a rapidly growing healthcare organization to identify a Staff Accountant.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete monthly and quarterly tax filings for the required states.
    • Manage the company's credit cards and expense reporting system.
    • Assist with providing requested documentation for the annual financial audit.
    • Assist in entering vendor invoices, processing check requests, and making payments.
    • Reconcile General Ledger accounts as part of the month-end closing procedures.
    • Maintain payroll records by collecting, calculating, and inputting data into the payroll system.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
