For the support of young participants, DAA Bayern is looking for freelance or part-time employees at the locations of Rosenheim and Wasserburg.

Teachers (m/f/d) in Rosenheim and Wasserburg for the following subject areas:

Commercial apprenticeships (e.g. bank clerks and wholesale and foreign trade)

Crafts and technology (e.g. electronics, construction, woodwork and automotive)

Service apprenticeships (e.g. dental/medical assistants)

You will teach young apprentices in addition to their regular vocational school classes. Classes usually take place in the afternoon and evening.

Your specific tasks:

Independent preparation and implementation of theoretical and practical teaching sequences
Teaching basic skills and knowledge in specific areas of the apprenticeships
Close collaboration with educational mentors, social workers and teachers regarding the progress of the young participants
Documentation of teaching content

Your profile:

You have a recognized vocational or academic degree and ideally have experience in instructing apprentices and/or you are a certified specialist with a training qualification.
You enjoy working with young people, know how to motivate them and get them excited about new content.
You have strong communication skills and assertiveness.
