Your tasks

For the Human Relations department at our Regensburg location, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to start in September 2024, for a duration of approximately 6 months. You can expect diverse tasks in an international environment.

Your tasks will include:
  • Supporting operational personnel management for a large international corporation, including areas such as recruiting, talent management, and compensation & benefits
  • Assisting in the administration of individual personnel measures (transfers, changes in working hours, etc.) using various systems such as SAP
  • Participating in the design of local talent programs (including marketing, communication, and events)
  • Preparing and participating in job interviews
  • Active involvement in projects and special topics
  • Being a contact person (in representation or in coordination with HR business partners) for managers and employees

Your profile
  • Student in the field of business administration, social sciences, or a comparable subject
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent way of working
  • High commitment, flexibility, creativity
