    Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town.

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:
    Plan, coordinate and implement resort wide recruiting initiatives to meet the needs of each major business unit. Maintain all job boards, databases and systems related to hiring and applicant tracking. Instrumental in the ongoing training and follow-up with managers for all recruiting systems.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    *This is an onsite/hybrid position in Park City, UT

    Candidate Experience

    Monitor application flow and response time from hiring teams. Assist, when necessary, with candidate follow-up and initial screenings during busy seasons.

    Assist in the planning and organization of all local and domestic recruiting efforts including local job fairs, visits to partner resorts and other strategic locations.

    Stakeholder Management


    Partner with assigned business units and their designated recruiting lead to build a headcount plan and recruiting strategy based on their unique business needs.

    Assist managers with the recruiting process (job creation through offer stage).

    Recruiting Systems and Applicant Management

    Organize, update, and maintain all recruiting database systems. Create and maintain relevant training guides for managers. Update communication templates, job requisition templates, and reports as needed.
    Analyze recruiting data to better understand our existing candidate pool and where to spend time and money.

    Research and build new partnerships with resorts and recruiters from similar hospitality properties to offer employees employment opportunities in the off season and promote the exchange of quality employees between resort partners.

    Recruitment Marketing

    Work with marketing department to update employment and staff websites, and collaborate on digital, social, and print ads. Assist with the creative side of marketing ads such as print ads, or e-flyers. Coordinate with Alterra Recruiting Marketing Manager for paid programmatic efforts.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    2 years of prior recruiting experience required.

    Agency recruiting experience preferred.
    Experience hiring in a seasonal or hospitality environment preferred.
    Must be extremely organized with an acute attention to detail.
    Must be able to prioritize workload effectively to meet the needs of many stakeholders.
    Must possess strong communication skills and work well with a wide variety of personalities.
    Prior experience with Office 365, Workday or other ATS, Freshservice or similar ticketing system.
    Must be available for overnight travel as recruiting needs dictate.


    PAY RATE:
    $60, ,000 per year
