- Experience as a licensed provider treating family medicine, pediatrics, and adults with complex issues
- Fulltime position with nontraditional hours of noon to 6:00pm or 7:00pm, plus 12 Saturdays per month
- Shared call schedule, with RN first call
- Comanage patients with a diverse care team to include, but not limited to, RN, Counselors, Care Management, and other team members to improve our patients' health holistically.
- Review quality and outcome metrics monthly with the healthcare team
- Collaborate with local civic and faithbased leaders on community education programs
- Experience working in a FQHC or Community Health Center, or postmasters training in Community Health Care would be of great benefit to the practice
