Description

Riverside, CA Veteran owned construction company is seeking General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks.

This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks.

MANDATORY - CONSTRUCTION "HANDS ON" EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS

SCHEDULE:
FULL- TIME | MONDAY - FRIDAY | DAYS

PAY:
$16.50/HR - $45/HR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Responsibilities
Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products.

Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another.

Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.

Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility.

Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.

Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor.

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.

Experience with demo work, concrete, wood, metal stud framing, and other tasks included in commercial construction.

Qualifications
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Strong attention to detail

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary.

Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
