_Under the supervision of the management staff and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the program.

These services include but are not limited to:
crisis intervention, medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities under hospital and residential policy and procedures._
