    We are Hiring a Customer Facing Troubleshooter!

    • Do you have a talent for diagnosing and fixing complicated heavy machinery?
    • Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service?
    • As a troubleshooting specialist at our company, you'll have the opportunity to indulge in what you love - ensuring that clients' construction and mining equipment are always in excellent working order.

    Your Role:

    • Performing diagnostic tests, repairs, and preventive maintenance on drill rig hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to keep rigs running safely and effectively.
    • Providing on-site and in-house heavy equipment repair services using our fully-equipped service trucks as your mobile workshops.
    • Engaging with customers to comprehend their requirements and articulate repair procedures, establishing trust through your technical expertise and amicable demeanor.
    • Keeping meticulous work orders and managing inventory controls as attention to detail is paramount in our industry.
    • Operating forklifts, cranes, and other machinery to load/unload equipment, equipped with all necessary tools and safety training.

    Your Success Factors:

    • At least 2 years of experience fixing heavy construction/drilling equipment, possessing in-depth knowledge of these intricate machines.
    • Aiming for customer satisfaction by collaborating with clients to resolve issues.
    • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to systematically identify and address problems.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical information in an easily digestible manner.
    • Showcasing flexibility to work autonomously and as part of a team.
