Your tasks with us:

Welcoming and assisting national and international visitors and guests, including directing them to the appropriate contacts
Responsibility for the telephone switchboard and mail processing
Organizational and administrative tasks at the reception desk
Access and entry control
Ensuring compliance with labor, fire, environmental, and data protection regulations
