Production Planner/Controller (m/f/d)

for our location in Freiburg, initially on a temporary basis

As we develop medicines and medical products and expand our business globally, we are always on the lookout for new talent.

Currently, we are looking for a new team member (m/f/d) to strengthen our team responsible for planning and controlling bulk production.

You will independently create production plans in close coordination with the planning teams for the production of solid dosage forms and act as a liaison between materials management and production.


Other tasks include:

  • Planning of products and capacities in SAP (Advanced Planning and Optimization/ECC)
  • Creation of production plans in coordination with global organizations
  • Tracking of approvals for active and auxiliary substances; interface to the Quality Organization
  • Ensuring material flow from local and international suppliers
  • Coordination of all activities for timely delivery to the customer
  • Optimal parameterization of the planning system (SAP) according to current process requirements for new products
  • Reporting and reconciliation of impacts such as changes in demand and product transfers on capacities in the entire production area
  • Maintenance of all planningrelevant master data fields for new products
  • Measurement, control, and improvement of planning stability and material availability
  • Timely provision of materials and ensuring the fastest possible delivery
