If you are organized, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, excel in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you Experience in veterinary or medical care facility operations, including profit and loss responsibility, is a plusAs the Practice Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and staff performance evaluations
- Delegating job responsibilities to managers and enforcing policies
- Organizing staff meetings
- Managing billing and expenditures within budget constraints
- Reviewing financial data for revenue improvement
- Monitoring OSHA compliance
- Handling nonmedical client complaints and ensuring professional client and patient treatment
Job Types:

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
