    BAS Controls TechnicianAbout the Role:

    A perfect position for a detail oriented HVAC technologies enthusiast, working as a supervisor assistant to the BAS Project Manager & a part of a Service Team, performing PM's, troubleshooting on pneumatic, electric & electronic control systems.

    This is a full-time position with some OT depending on the workloadOncall 1 X a month, dispatched from home local travel, NO overnightCareer advancement opportunities role open due to grown,Pay rate up to $55/hr plus stipendsBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident Short Term Disability, PTO, Holidays, Gym & Fitness, 401K, company vehicle, gas card and more


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all phases of Development, operational delivery for various clients & construction projects throughout Northern Colorado.

    Working with Service Supervisor with oversight of contract fulfillmentManage territory pricing standards, Meet growth, profit and maintenance base & customer retention goalsOnsite Controls startup, point to point checkout, troubleshooting end devices and DDC network bus, completing controller Checkout Sheets, and loading controller programs to test for system operational functionality.

    Calibration of systems requiring basic electronic test equipment Communicate with project teams and controls subcontractors to problem solve to meet customer needsMaintain schedule productive time, and completing commissioning & other service call related documentationAssist BAS PM & Team with controls for mission critical HVAC ClientsActively plan and work towards career advancementRequirements:
    Attention to DetailMUST have Niagara N4, AX & R2 certifications5+ years experience as Service Tech w/ BAS ControlsAdhere to safety standardsAS Degree in one of these fields - Electronics or Air Conditioning or Electrical or Mechanical or Computer TechnologyAble to climb, and move / lift 75 lbs
