Join us as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include talent management, recruitment, training, compliance, and more.

• Be a main point of contact for employees and managers
• Assist in employee relations, workplace investigations, and policy guidance
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline HR processes
• Manage job postings and recruitment activities
• Oversee performance reviews and employee leave
• Spearhead compliance efforts and safety initiatives
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and cultural activities
• Analyze HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and retention

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Familiarity with ADP for payroll activities
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on execution
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
• Capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Computer literate (Microsoft applications)

The position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus eligibility, benefits, 401k contributions, time off, and recognition awards. Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000.
