POSITION OVERVIEW
Assist the Property Manager (PM) with the daily duties associated with managing a portfolio of primarily single-family residential properties.

The property management team is the primary point of contact for both the Tenant and Owner, handling issues such as leasing, fielding maintenance calls, inspections, and lease renewals.

Reports to the Property Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aids PM in meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual leasing, inspection, renewal, and educational goals as set forth by Regional Property Manager.
  • Builds customer loyalty for Evernest by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Supports PM by performing movein, moveout and routine inspections.
  • Fields maintenance calls from tenants dispatch appropriate vendors and communicate with owners under the supervision of the PM.

  • Acquires job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
  • May be required to represent the company at networking or other business development events.
  • May be required to work alternative shifts or additional hours. May need to work oncall, attend meetings, training, and planning sessions as deemed necessary by leadership.
  • Works towards achieving Property Manager status.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Real Estate License (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 2+ years of collections experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years in multifamily property management (preferred).
