Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Customer Support Administrative Assistant (Contract) to join our Customer Services team, based in
Herndon, Virginia.

Meet the team:


The Customer Support team provides aircraft operations support throughout the aircraft's operational life. The team coordinates, implements and monitors all services customized to meet the customer's specific needs, to ensure a positive customer relationship. Our Field Service teams provide technical support so our customers can operate safely and efficiently. Being based at our customers' facilities enables us to have a strong customer relationship and understanding of the airline's technical and operational needs.

Your challenges:

Administrative Support:95 %

Provide phone coverage, take messages, and coordinate communication for AASC & AASB when they are out of the office
-
Online/Call travel booking support using CONCUR (or BCD Travel)
-
Update & maintain team travel and vacation calendar
-
Maintain vacation/sick report using ADP
-
Prepare travel expense reports for reimbursement using CONCUR
-
Gather and input updated information related to airlines and needed by management using Salesforce
-
Authorize and maintain budget spreadsheet for promotional items
-
Create PO requisitions and good receipt using Click n' Buy tool on behalf of AASC or AASB
-
Manage monthly travel budget (AOP 24)
-
Organize the ANSC and AASB weekly meeting and prepare the minutes
-
Assist Customer event organization/meetings and associated booking (knowledge of Aventri tool).

Organize and support yearly team booster event
-
Maintain and distribute communications list

- **Educated to 2 year Associate's degree level (or equivalent) in business management or a related discipline
